Excellent customer service with great sales and friendly workers, slightly more expensive but worth it for the atmosphere of the store versus larger chain stores.
They couldn't sell me anything today, from the deli section, because they are busy working on tomorrow's products. So I left with no chicken salad, even though it was there behind the glass, available for purchase. The people that would actually portion it out to me, were too busy making the chicken salad for tomorrow. Kinda shotty customer service. But apparently great service if I would shopped tomorrow. Unless of course, they will be to busy tomorrow making salad for the next day.
The fried chicken is always good from the deli!
Cashier was really friendly and every employee I say smiled and/or said "hello"
Almost every time I come in this store I get same boy on the register & he's always so nice & friendly. (I always notice him and the other young boys manners & sweet they are because most young people are not). Today, as embarrassing as it is I was short on cash for my groceries. He already had the manager come over and take some items off for me and I still was a little short & he pulled out his wallet and covered the rest and told me to keep his change.. honestly made me tear up. I don't know how to repay him for his very kind deed by hopefully his managers see this & know he's a good employee. & I hope his parents see this and know what a great son they have. Warms my heart to have something so kind to me when all I hear and see is negativity all around & on the news. Thank you Joshua!
